Lavior Wellness provides medical travel coordination and healthcare concierge services, including but not limited to:

• Facilitating connections between international patients and JCI/NABH accredited hospitals and board-certified specialists in India.
• Medical visa documentation support and guidance for the Indian e-Medical Visa and Medical Attendant Visa (MEDX) application process.
• VIP airport reception, private transportation, and premium recovery residence arrangements.
• Dedicated Care Director support including appointment accompaniment, language assistance, and daily recovery monitoring.
• Post-operative follow-up coordination for 30 days after return to your home country.

Important: Lavior Wellness is a medical travel concierge and patient advocacy service. We are not a medical provider, hospital, or healthcare facility. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical decisions remain between you and your chosen healthcare provider.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your medical condition, history, and personal details.
• Consult with your local physician before traveling abroad for medical treatment.
• Obtain appropriate travel insurance and understand the scope of your coverage for international medical procedures.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of India and your home country, including visa and immigration requirements.
• Respect the confidentiality and privacy of communications with Lavior Wellness Care Directors.

Our Services involve coordination with third-party providers, including JCI and NABH accredited hospitals, board-certified surgeons, private nursing services, transportation providers, and accommodation partners. While we personally vet and inspect our partner facilities, Lavior Wellness does not control and is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or quality of care provided by these third parties.

Any disputes regarding medical treatment, surgical outcomes, or care quality must be resolved directly with the respective healthcare provider. Lavior Wellness will, however, use its best efforts to advocate on your behalf and facilitate resolution.

6. Payment & Fees

Details regarding our concierge service fees, payment terms, and refund policies will be provided during your personalized consultation. All fees are communicated transparently before any commitment. Medical procedure costs are paid directly to the respective hospital or healthcare provider and are separate from Lavior Wellness coordination fees.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Lavior Wellness website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and branding, is the exclusive property of Lavior Wellness and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lavior Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, including but not limited to medical complications, treatment outcomes, travel disruptions, or data loss.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the coordination fees paid by you to Lavior Wellness for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
